Senior Project Manager Advisor | Purchase to Pay

Adecco Recruitment is hiring for a Finance Center of Excellence on behalf of a premium client with a newly established SSC in Porto for the position of Senior Project Manager Advisor Purchase to Pay (M/F).

What you will be doing:

1. Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior and executive management on emerging systems trends, best practices, opportunities, and risks in Purchase to Pay (Pt
   P).
2. Regularly review and update the Global Process Model, DTPs, and Job Aids (bi-annually/annually).
3. Act as a key liaison with external auditors and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor
   -
   - end Pt
   P processes, working closely with Process Excellence, GBS, and SSC/BPO teams to drive continuous improvements.
5. Research and introduce industry trends and innovative digital solutions for Pt
   P, such as RPA and process automation.
6. Develop white papers to document significant accounting and process events, and implement new policies and procedures as needed.
7. Design and deliver monthly management and analytical reporting to track performance and inform
   - making.

What do you bring with you:

1. Strong background in Finance, with significant experience (5-10 years) in Purchase to Pay and Project Management.
2. Proven ability to lead complex, international projects.
3. Deep understanding of
   -
   - end Pt
   P processes, including invoicing, vendor management, payments, and purchase orders.
4. Extensive experience in business partnering and collaborative projects within Pt
   P.
5. Strong skills in risk assessment, controls, reporting, and analytics.
6. Fluency in English for business environments (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and Oracle is a plus.
