This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home for 3 days per week.

As a Project Manager, you will work for our client—a global IT leader driving innovation with
- edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for leading a development team to deliver successful sprints and releases, managing KPIs, and implementing strategies to drive project success.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Oversee team operations under the guidance of the Project/Application Manager, ensuring team alignment and progress toward goals.
2. Create and track KPIs and project plans to enable successful sprints, releases, and continuous improvement.
3. Prioritize tasks, analyze complex issues, and unblock the team as needed to maintain productivity.
4. Guide the team in planning, estimation, daily meetings, and Kanban activities, fostering collaborative and
   - oriented work.
5. Develop strategies for tooling, governance, and KPIs to optimize team efficiency and project performance.
6. Supervise risk management, serve as the escalation point, and provide regular reports to line and functional management.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

1. A strong background in Program/Project Management, with proven experience leading development teams.
2. Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to drive toward common objectives.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French (C1 level).
