Key Responsibilities.

Collaborate on building the product vision and executing the product strategy.
Define and gather functional and business requirements.
Work with
- functional teams and executive/non-executive stakeholders to build and refine new product features.
Drive new feature development from start to finish on multiple user interface platforms.
Plan and communicate new feature
- outs to internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with the design team to conduct user research, usability tests, and
- driven experiments to guide product direction.
Conduct field research to understand and prioritize user needs.
Own, define, monitor, and measure success metrics for the product/features.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of direct product management experience or similar.
Experience in healthcare or health tech.
Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders to support essential business decisions.
Familiarity with design thinking principles and lean and agile software delivery.
Knowledge of Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide by example.
Data-driven mindset with a
- oriented approach.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Experience working closely with design and development professionals.
