Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Define the product vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and
  - quality delivery of Payment Gateway features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other
  - functional teams to drive product development initiatives.
• Take full ownership of your product, serving as a project manager throughout the entire lifecycle - from project initiation to team management and successful delivery.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to payment solutions.
• Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring
  - effective and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align product strategies with financial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure that the company's products comply with industry regulations and security standards.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with payment processing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, and fintech industry trends.
• Experience working with
  - functional teams and managing product life cycles.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing
  - performing teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent Russian language.
