Senior Product Management Consultant (f/m/x)
Product People is the premier destination for Product Management services in Europe. Our
- house staff helps cover parental leaves, discover/deliver great products, and accelerate transformation by acting as
- raising pacesetters. We empower our Product community of 50, 000 members to share knowledge generously whilst managing the unglamorous
- on work of a Product/Program Manager or Product Ops, on an interim/fractional basis (3+ months).
We onboard fast, align teams and deliver outcomes.
About the Role
- Help Product People become a
- defining company in the consulting space. You'll own or contribute to initiatives like playbooks, product management knowledge sharing, networking, process automation, etc. - Serve as an Interim Senior Product Manager for
- product
- fit
- first companies ranging from series B to publicly listed. You'll drive complex
- functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products, setting and reaching quarterly OKRs or unblocking stuck initiatives. - Solve for clients and our company by prioritizing, zooming in and out, and managing discovery and delivery for three parallel streams.
- Effectively manage various groups with strong personalities, adapting to their communication preferences and integrating quickly into teams.
- Communicate a compelling narrative about the product and its features, understanding and shaping strategic context with the client's CPO/VP/Director/Head of Product.
- Coach the next generation of PMs by training, mentoring, and delegating to help strengthen their skills.
- Rinse and repeat by engaging with new clients or teams every 3-6 months while actively helping Product People's internal initiatives.

Compensation
- Based on the location of tax residence and level. Salaries are the same for everyone within the same level and Location Cluster.
- Tenure-Based Compensation Increase. A 5% increase after 12 months and a 10% increase after 24 months of tenure.
- Uncapped bonuses (quarterly). We usually pay ~€25, 000/quarter in bonuses to team members.
- Profit participation (yearly). Eligible employees receive a % of last year's profit after 12+ months of tenure.
