As a Senior Product Designer for the Financial Products team in the Web3 space, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the design and user experience of
- edge decentralised financial (De
Fi) solutions. Collaborating with
- functional teams—Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders—you will create intuitive, impactful, and visually engaging designs tailored to the unique needs of Web3 users and protocols. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in decentralised finance, shaping seamless and engaging user experiences that align with the principles of blockchain technology and open ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the

  - end design process, from user research and conceptualisation to final implementation and iteration, with a focus on Web3 financial products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define user requirements, translating complex blockchain interactions into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create visually polished,
  - fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and accessibility in decentralised environments.
• Conduct user research and usability testing tailored to Web3 users, identifying pain points specific to De
  Fi platforms and decentralised protocols.
• Develop and maintain design systems that promote scalability and consistency across decentralised financial products.
• Partner with Engineers to address implementation challenges and ensure design fidelity in
  - based solutions.
• Stay

• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on financial or
  - based software products;
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and UI design, including examples of Web3 or decentralised applications (d
  Apps);
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, with an understanding of
  - specific tools;
• Deep knowledge of
  - centred design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards in decentralised environments;
• Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing, especially with Web3 communities;
• Familiarity with Web3 concepts, including wallets, smart contracts, and tokenomics, is a strong plus;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions to diverse audiences;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in
  - functional teams within decentralised structures;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform design decisions;
• Experience working with design systems to maintain consistency across multiple decentralised platforms;
• Passion for blockchain technology, decentralised finance, and contributing to the Web3 ecosystem;
• Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
