Your Role: Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Up
Hill Health, you will be instrumental in crafting
-
- class digital experiences that revolutionize healthcare delivery. You will lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and
- impact solutions that minimize medical errors, optimize workflows, and enhance patient outcomes. Your work will directly influence healthcare professionals and the lives of patients.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the design, prototyping, and development of innovative,
   - centric healthcare solutions.
2. Establish and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
3. Conduct deep user research, analyze data, and translate insights into elegant, functional designs.
4. Drive the evolution of UX/UI best practices, ensuring seamless, intuitive digital interactions.
5. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to bring impactful solutions to life.
6. Champion accessibility and usability principles, ensuring products cater to diverse healthcare environments.
7. Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

1. 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on digital healthcare solutions or complex enterprise systems.
2. A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, information architecture, and
   -
   - end product development.
3. Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
4. Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and
   - driven
   - making.
5. Experience designing for highly regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a strong plus.
6. Strong visual design and branding skills to create cohesive,
   - impact product experiences.
7. A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance business objectives with user needs.

Bonus Points For

1. Experience in motion design,
   - interactions, or animation to enhance UX.
2. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean UX, and
   - functional collaboration.
3. Familiarity with
   - end development principles to bridge the gap between design and engineering.
