As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at Team
Viewer.

You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts and design frameworks and has an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftsmanship. You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is
- centric — it’s all about people.

These will be some of your key responsibilities:

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential and intuitive user experiences.
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to
  - perfect execution.
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any
  - related queries to drive your vision to the ship line.
• Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale.
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.

Requirements

• A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related subject.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
• Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces.
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of
  - centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans.
