As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at Team
Viewer.

You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts and design frameworks. You have an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, capable of creating mockups and grasping technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftsmanship. You always search for the best design solution, uncover new customer opportunities and use cases, and maintain a
- centric focus in your design — it’s all about people.

These will be some of your key responsibilities:

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences.
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to
  - perfect execution.
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any
  - related queries.
• Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale.
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.

Requirements

• A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
• Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces.
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of
  - centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans.
