A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of our Corporate Procurement Team, your focus is on promoting process excellence for operational procurement processes along the implementation of SAP S/4HANA & SAP ARIBA. You will support with your experience in change management by providing expert knowledge, developing training concepts, and leading efforts to harmonize and enhance procurement processes and system efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Provide comprehensive
   -
   - end expertise in processes ranging from purchase to payment, ensuring seamless procurement operational excellence for our internal partners.
2. Analyze problem areas and provide advice based on system and business process knowledge.
3. Work closely with team members to support process optimization along the value chain.
4. Address and resolve issues within factory operations related to procurement processes.
5. Provide support in purchasing documents - contracts, purchase info records (PIR), purchase orders (PO), scheduling agreements (SA).
6. Apply material master knowledge to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements.
7. Leverage MRP knowledge to optimize material planning and procurement processes.
8. Collaborate with other process teams in operational procurement and supply management.

What You Bring

1. In-depth understanding and
   - on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably also with SAP Ariba.
2. Profound experience with procurement methods and processes.
3. Good communication and organizational change skills.
4. Ability to develop users on procurement and logistics processes and systems.
5. Demonstrable experience in project management, including leading
   - functional teams.
6. Strong analytical skills to identify and address issues.
7. Experience in implementing best practices in procurement processes and systems.
8. Good communication and social skills to collaborate effectively.
9. Flexibility to travel and conduct training.
10. Experience working with
    - cultural professionals and teams.
11. Strong data analytical skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
12. Experience in extracting and updating MASS data via Winshuttle, MEMASS transactions, or SAP tables.
13. 8+ years of relevant professional experience within a global company.
14. Proficient command of the English language in writing and speaking.
