A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of our Corporate Procurement Team, your focus is on promoting process excellence for operational procurement processes along the implementation of SAP S/4HANA & SAP ARIBA. You will support with your experience in change management by providing expert knowledge, developing training concepts, and leading efforts to harmonize and enhance procurement processes and system efficiency.

- Provide comprehensive

- end expertise in processes ranging from purchase to payment, ensuring seamless procurement operational excellence for our internal partners. - Analyze problem areas and provide advice based on system and business process knowledge.
- Work closely with team members to support process optimization along the value chain.
- Address and resolve issues within factory operations related to procurement processes.
- Provide support in purchasing documents - contracts, purchase info records (PIR), purchase orders (PO), scheduling agreements (SA).
- Apply material master knowledge to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements.
- Leverage MRP knowledge to optimize material planning and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with other process teams in operational procurement and supply management.
What You Bring
- In-depth understanding and
- on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably also with SAP Ariba. - Profound experience with procurement methods and processes.
- Good communication and organizational change skills.
- Ability to develop users on procurement and logistics processes and systems.
- Demonstrable experience in project management, including leading
- functional teams. - Strong analytical skills to identify and address issues.
- Experience in implementing best practices in procurement processes and systems.
- Good communication and social skills to collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to travel and conduct training.
- Experience working with
- cultural professionals and teams. - Strong data analytical skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in extracting and updating MASS data via Winshuttle, MEMASS transactions, or SAP tables.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience within a global company.
- Proficient command of the English language in writing and speaking.
