What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in process analysis, with a focus on Service
   Now platform and security.
2. Extensive knowledge of business continuity management, disaster recovery, and data privacy.
3. Service
   Now Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification.
4. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
