- end growth of our strategic categories, builds ambitious and strategic business growth plans, and partners with other teams to accelerate and amplify the current success of our brands to reach the next level.
The PPC team is part of the Marketplace Operations & Brand Management team. It manages the Amazon PPC (pay per click) advertising campaigns for ESSOR's 40+ brands which sell via Amazon US.
About the role:
As Senior Amazon Ads Manager you will be responsible for managing PPC campaigns for established products within ESSOR's portfolio of consumable and supplements brands, collaborating closely with Brand Managers to identify and take opportunities to grow the business.
What you will do:
- Manage PPC campaigns for our strategic brands with a high level of autonomy
- Liaise weekly with Brand Managers to agree on PPC strategies and priorities, and to manage campaigns accordingly
- Use our various data analysis tools to analyze performance data on a regular basis
- Take
- led campaign management actions to help meet targets, including EBITDA on PPC sales and TACo
S - Gain and retain good ranks for strategically important keywords
- Use automated PPC optimisation software to enhance performance, where appropriate
- Keep abreast of new Amazon Advertising features and test their effectiveness
- Undertake A/B tests to learn on PPC best practices
- Take ownership of special projects/workstreams to help the team meet its OKRs
- Regular interactions with functional teams (Tech, Acquisition, Content) to improve our processes
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to scale and codify PPC operations
Who you are:
- At least three years experience in data-driven advertising work (preferably in Amazon PPC, but
