Senior Platform Engineer Lisboa

INSCALE on behalf of JYSK is looking to hire a dedicated Senior Platform Engineer to improve the CI/CD workflows, automate processes and build the tooling and infrastructure with industry’s best practices to optimize our software delivery pipeline. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the ongoing development of JYSK’s
- channel
- commerce platform. You will play a key role in platform development, technical support, and guiding your team on complex tasks. Your work will directly impact the performance and scalability of services used in over 30 countries.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you are responsible for software and platform development, application responsibility and technical support. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working with newer technology, frameworks and platforms to drive impactful solutions and elevate systems and processes, including:
• Take technical ownership of systems, technology, or application areas, driving solution designs and mentoring colleagues.
• Lead project breakdowns, platform development, and Agile processes, setting direction and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Maintain continuous personal and professional development, with responsibility for
- improvement and knowledge sharing.

Software Development
• Develop advanced integrations and
- service tools to optimize system efficiency.

Platform Development
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure (private/public) with high availability, scalability, and security.
• Migrate legacy platforms to
- based solutions and optimize logging systems.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration for standardization and faster deployments.
• Improve observability through metrics, dashboards, and Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C) practices 
• Enabling an automation ready container infrastructure.

Platform Ownership
• Own key platform components, ensuring stability, security, documentation, and a roadmap for continuous improvements.
• Enabling observability
• Mandate to push performance and stability improvement on JYSK-built platforms in teams

Technical Support
• Provide troubleshooting and support to other teams for
- related issues.

Collaboration
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technology and business processes to create efficient solutions.
