What You'll do:

1. Lead the PHP development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
2. Oversee the full task development lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
3. Review and approve Pull Requests (PRs) to maintain high code quality.
4. Manage deployments for both testing and production environments.
5. Ensure best development practices and coding standards are followed.
6. Collaborate closely with the Analysts team to align technical solutions with business needs.

What You Are:

1. An experienced PHP developer with at least 5 years of expertise in PHP and Symfony frameworks.
2. A strong leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing development teams.
3. Proficient in version control systems, particularly GIT and Bitbucket.
4. Familiar with deployment pipelines and server management in production environments.
5. Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with availability to be
   - site in Lisbon three times a week.
