Job Summary:

The candidate will play a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite. The candidate must have:

1. 10 years of Implementation/Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications, having worked with a functional team to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suite.
2. A
   - on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs based on the requirements, and work on enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.
3. Functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules necessary to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Core HR module experience in Oracle HCM with strong configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
2. Configure, develop, and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
3. Experience in delivering the Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features.
4. Complete understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
5. Experience in resolving performance issues in data migration, integration & reporting tracks, with knowledge of tuning SQL and best practices for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
6. Expertise in multiple technical areas and exposure to the entire Cloud HCM Saa
   S/Paa
   S tech toolsets, being a subject matter expert across HCM Cloud modules & toolsets (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, OVB, OIC, ODA).
