Senior Network Administrator (Senior Technology Analyst)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement and maintain network solutions, with specific experience in CISCO switching and routing, Meraki cloud, PRTG monitoring, and Zscaler for OT environments, VLANs segmentation and WAN routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, static, …).
2. Network Infrastructure Security: Design, implement and maintain security solution with specific experience in CISCO L3 switch (ACLs) and Forti
   Gate firewalls.
3. Project Management: Lead and execute
   - related projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and schedule. Define technological requirements, validate solutions, and manage project documentation.
4. Support Activities: Provide technical support and ensure business continuity. Prioritize tasks, comply with SLAs, and follow established support processes. Propose and implement improvement initiatives to increase service efficiency and user productivity.
5. Team Training: Train less senior team members on relevant technical competencies and customer service skills.
6. Reporting: Regularly report to Technology Architect and Technology Manager on network performance and any relevant incidents.

Autonomy and Decision Levels: As a Project Manager within the project perimeter, manage approved resources, assign project team members efficiently, and ensure timely accomplishment of project deliverables within the budget.

Profile:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of agile methods and processes.
4. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
5. Project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM).
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong planning and organizational skills.
8. At least 5 or more years of experience in full cycle project implementation and/or network infrastructure support.
9. Experience with CISCO switching and routing, Meraki cloud, PRTG monitoring, and Zscaler for OT environments.
10. Experience with Forti
    Gate firewalls and Cisco L3 switch and ACLs.
11. Experience in managing IT solutions design and implementation within an industrial environment.
12. English proficiency (mandatory, written and spoken).
13. Good knowledge about Microsoft systems and services in their extent to network such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and more, as well as endpoint management and protection.
14. Experience with hypervisors and operating systems is of value.
15. Experience in PKI management, firewall management in IT and OT environments.
