Responsibilities:

1. Lead Development Efforts: Take ownership of the design, architecture, and development of backend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. Backend Solution Design: Create complex backend systems using. NET, ASP. NET, and. NET Core, delivering robust and maintainable solutions for
   - impact projects.
3. Collaborate and Contribute: Work with
   - functional teams to define requirements, propose technical solutions, and participate in architecture discussions.
4. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior and
   - level engineers, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and cloud strategies.
5. Cloud-Native Development: Build and optimize
   - native applications on the Azure platform, using modern tools and techniques.
6. Drive Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations while advocating for microservices and Dev
   Ops best practices.
7. Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to established standards, while participating in peer code reviews to uphold quality.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience with. NET technologies, particularly C#, ASP. NET, and. NET Core.
2. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automated monitoring.
3. Proficiency in relational databases like SQL Server, with experience in performance optimization.
4. Expertise in containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD automation tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git).
5. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (or other major providers like AWS, Google Cloud).
6. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, secure backend solutions.
7. Experience working in agile development teams and thriving in
   - paced environments.
8. A history of mentoring and guiding team members to achieve technical excellence.
