The key responsibilities in this role include:

1. Developing tools and products such as pricing and inventory optimization to enhance market competitiveness.
2. Leading the development of data initiatives and exploring opportunities to monetize data analytics and insights.
3. Identifying competitive advantages through ecommerce data.
4. Generating insights to support business strategy and enhance ecommerce growth.
5. Collaborating with IT and various functions to build future features and enhance data visualization.
6. Scaling and customizing existing data analytics projects for the ecommerce business.
7. Acting as an ambassador and subject matter expert, sharing best practices across geographies.

Required skills and experience:

1. Strong data analytics background.
2. Proven track record in delivering transformational growth and managing large, complex projects.
3. Experience in program management and leading
   - functional teams.
4. Familiarity with supply chain and ecommerce businesses.
5. Strong facilitation and influencing skills at all levels.
6. Ability to build strategic alliances and create trust with regional teams.
7. An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, innovative approach.
