Job Description:

Hiire is helping CEGID, a European leader in cloud business management, hire a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to define ML best practices and build and deploy ML model pipelines for a range of their products.

About the Role

CEGID seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Artificial Intelligence Center of Expertise (Co
E). In this role, you will be responsible for embedding Artificial Intelligence into CEGID's management software products portfolio.

You'll be working within the AI Factory dedicated to advancing CEGID's management software through AI innovation. The primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into the product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.

What You'll Do

1. Build and maintain machine learning pipelines to deploy and maintain models in production;
2. Implement MLOps and LLMOps concepts to streamline the machine learning lifecycle;
3. Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient machine learning infrastructure;
4. Collaborate with data science teams to understand model requirements and ensure successful integration into software products;
5. Communicate with different stakeholders such as data scientists, software engineers, and cloud architects to ensure models are deployed and monitored in production environments according to best practices;
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine learning models and infrastructure;
7. Stay
   -
   - date with the latest developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
2. 5+ years in machine learning engineering or software development;
3. Proficient in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks like Tensor
   Flow, Py
   Torch, or Scikit-learn;
4. Strong expertise in building and maintaining ML models and pipelines;
5. Strong knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps concepts, with experience in cloud computing platforms, preferably Azure;
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

It would be a plus if you have:

1. Experience with Azure stack, Generative AI frameworks, Agile or Kanban methodologies, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
