About Our Client:

Company is an innovative applications development company based in London, United Kingdom and in Porto, Portugal, focusing on distributed ledger technology and advanced cryptography.

The position we're recruiting for is on an established trading system development project with a large enterprise client. We are looking for a senior backend developer to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Backend development for an internal trading platform using the following technologies: Type
   Script, Monorepo, Git
   Hub, Jest, Playwright, React, Redis, SQL, Web
   Sockets, Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions, Sonar
   Qube.
2. Communicate with client to understand requirements.
3. Contribute to automated tests.
4. Take responsibility for features you deploy into staging and enterprise production environments.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of professional programming experience.
2. 3+ years of professional Type
   Script or Flow experience.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Flexible on working location (option to work from home/in office (London & Porto)).
5. Nice to have - experience with functional programming/languages like OCaml or Haskell.
6. 5 days per year for training.
7. £1, 000 annual allowance for training (up to 50% of this value can be used for you to buy workstation equipment to work from home).
8. In-person fun team events/team buildings every 3 months.
9. Company equipment and onboarding kit.
10. Annual bonus (dependent on company and personal performance).
