Job Description

• Help design, build, and continuously improve the clients' online platform.
• Research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions following best practices and standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• Expertise in Java, including experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong background in developing Kafka integrations.
• Proficient in working with REST APIs and SOAP interfaces.
• Experience in building distributed, highly available, and
  - throughput applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of software design practices such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event sourcing architecture, microservices architecture, and clean code principles.
• Practical experience with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing test automation for Java applications using frameworks like Cucumber and Selenium.
• A combination of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Platform Engineering responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Java Engineers, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Dev
  Ops, and Customer Support teams to share insights and information critical to product success.
• Focus on increasing test automation coverage for Java applications.
• Implement automation regression testing within the CI/CD pipeline for Java applications.
• Design and support
  - level and
  - level testing strategies within the test pipeline.
• Mentor and provide support to other team members, fostering collaboration and skill development.
