Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Java Developer Senior/Lead for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech company.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience with Java Backend development (Java>= 8) (5+ years for Senior profiles, 8+ years for Lead profiles)
2. Experience in RDBMS (Oracle, Postgre
   SQL, SQL)
3. Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
4. Experience in JPA and Hibernate
5. Knowledge in Application architecture (Micro
   Services based architecture, hexagonal…)
6. Experience with CI/CD
7. English proficiency should be at least B2 level

For the Java Developer Lead profile is a MUST:

1. Role model mindset, experience in coaching junior team members, and used to do technical support of team members

Ideally, the candidate should also have:

1. Experience with Java Frontend (Angular or any other UI framework)
2. Experience with AWS or other cloud platform
3. Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning
4. Passion for learning and growing as a developer
5. Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies
6. Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn
