This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home for 3 days per week.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with
- edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for developing
- quality code that meets functional and technical specifications, ensuring code integrity through unit testing, and contributing to the successful deployment and maintenance of critical systems.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Develop code in accordance with functional and technical specifications
2. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure integrity and reliability
3. Execute unit tests to validate code functionality
4. Resolve, test, and redeploy UAT failures
5. Ensure proper system deployment is aligned with the implementation strategy
6. Contribute to
   - Go-live checks on the system platform and other impacted systems

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

1. Over 5 years of experience in Java and Angular development
2. Proficiency in English and French (B2 level)
3. Ability to understand and analyze functional specifications
4. Experience in conducting code reviews and unit testing
5. Knowledge of build procedures and incident analysis
6. Familiarity with pair programming and code quality audits
7. Capacity to manage interactions with Application Managers and other stakeholders
