About the Role

As Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Service Operations team, focusing on developing, operating, and maintaining various technologies, with a primary focus on VMware, Windows Server, and Azure Cloud Technologies.

You will support our hybrid infrastructure and growing IT landscape, providing expertise on VMware, Windows Server, ADC (Netscaler), and Azure Cloud, while collaborating with Solution Owners, Application Developers, and IT colleagues to ensure that we continuously improve and meet customer needs.

You will join a global
- functional team that supports both internal and external projects and teams with modern infrastructure expertise. Your engagement will be at the core of Service Operations in a highly
- focused work environment. You will be part of an international team and work with colleagues and customers worldwide.

What You Will Do:

1. Drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance service delivery.
2. Collaborate closely with various infrastructure departments to provide
   - on support and ensure seamless operations.
3. Participate in infrastructure architecture forums, projects, and 3rd-line support activities, solving complex technical challenges.
4. Design and implement solutions that meet both business and technical requirements following Essity standards and processes.
5. Automate infrastructure deployment using Power
   Shell scripting and stay
   -
   - date with emerging technologies.
6. Maintain a
   - first approach, fostering collaboration, and delivering excellence in all tasks.

Required skills and experience

1. Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2. Strong experience with DNS, DHCP, and PKI management and IT Infrastructure.
3. Deep expertise in VMware, Windows Server, and Azure platform.
4. Expertise in ADC (Net
   Scaler) platform.
5. Expertise in Iaa
   S, Saa
   S, and Paa
   S technologies.
6. Proficiency in Power
   Shell scripting and automation.
7. Knowledge of security best practices and implementation of security controls.
8. Experience with Change Management and Incident Management processes.
9. Strong
   - solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative,
   - functional environment.
10. Proven experience in enterprise environments globally.

Nice to have skills

1. Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, ADFS, and ITIL.
2. Knowledge of container technologies, virtualization platforms, and disaster recovery strategies.
3. Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Packer, or others.
4. Experience managing global projects.
