ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Integrations Manager to join our Tech
Hub! You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the integration efforts within HAVI Supply Chain Technology. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to advance integration capabilities and drive business efficiency.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that various systems, applications, and technologies can work together seamlessly to achieve business objectives. You will periodically review, standardize, introduce, consolidate, and retire integration technology to get the best value from integration technologies.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development - strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience using integration tools.
• 5+ years of proven experience in integration architecture, design, development, and management, with a track record of successful project delivery using integration technology such as EDI, Boomi, Informatica, MQ, APIs, and other
  - standard integration tools.
• Experience with Saa
  S and Cloud Solution development and management.
• 5+ years of strong experience in the supply chain and logistics business.
• Experience in integration with standard software products such as SAP ECC6, S4/Hana, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Infor, etc. is a plus.
• Experience in leading development using appropriate delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Dev
  Ops, Dev
  Sec
  Ops, etc.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team of integration professionals.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities to identify issues, make decisions, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, executives, and team members effectively.
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
• An understanding of change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions during integrations.

  - quality integration solutions that meet business requirements.
