Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to lead system integration developments and ensure the quality of project delivery for our clients.

Other responsibilities include implementing and enforcing architecture design and governance practices, producing reusable assets, and identifying opportunities for
- selling.

Key responsibilities:

1. You will autonomously implement system integration solutions following architecture design, scope definition, and best practices.
2. You will advise clients together with solution and enterprise architects on middleware architecture design, scope definition, and best practices to be implemented by development teams.
3. You will research and implement accelerators and
   -
   - concept.
4. You will collaborate in gathering business requirements through
   - facing engagement.
5. You will estimate delivery efforts in collaboration with commercial teams to quote opportunities.
6. You will work in
   - disciplinary teams with members from different global locations.
7. You will support and technically coach development teams.

Qualifications

Prerequisites:

1. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Webmethods.
3. Valid certifications in a market leader i
   Paa
   S.
4. Mule
   Soft or Web
   Methods certification is highly valued.
5. Scrum Master certification is valued.
6. Strong knowledge in enterprise application integration (EAI) development, integration patterns, configuration, and deployment.
7. Strong command in REST and SOAP API design, and SOA principles.
8. Strong command in SQL or No
   SQL.
9. Strong command in any MQ tool.
10. Good knowledge in any
    - oriented programming language.
11. Experience in implementing ETL and EDA solutions.
12. Strong command in Git and experience in implementing a CI/CD.
13. Understanding of Agile concepts, experienced with Scrum or similar development methodology, and used to Jira or similar to track delivery progress.
14. Experience with more than one EAI platform.

Other responsibilities:

1. Work in a
   - paced, iterative manner with peers from across disciplines.
2. Understand design methods, design thinking,
   - based strategy, design, planning, and prototyping best practices.
3. Research trends and innovations to substantiate hypotheses.
4. Stay up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understand how they impact the client's business.
5. Strong background in MS Office.
