We are looking for a Senior Information Systems Technician (Workplace Service Manager) to join our Workplace Management team.

Responsibilities
- Your goal is to participate in managing workplace tools, with preferred knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Office 365 tools, workplace image creation, and service provider management. You will be responsible for these activities as well as others within the Workplace Management team.
Main requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Minimum of 10 years in the role of Workplace Management, both at the physical and logical levels, namely operating systems, Office tools, and various applications;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in a workplace environment (preferred);
- Knowledge of managing virtual workplace images;
- Advanced knowledge in Citrix VDI, Windows Operating Systems, and Office Tools;
- Basic knowledge in Project Management, Development of applications in Distributed Systems and Networks, and Security.
