The Senior Business Analyst, HR Services Audit & Compliance will assist in the execution of FME’s compliance program through aligning and
- out our HR Services Audit & Compliance program. The role will undertake activities to prevent, detect and respond to emerging risk. The role will partner with global and local teams to define and implement controls, drive
- party management, audits and follow up on remediation measures.

Responsibilities:

1. GIA audit intake and coordination for HR Services (HR Managers, HR Operations, Payroll Operations)
2. Responsible for global internal controls design and implementation for HR Services
3. Review local HRS internal controls in alignment to global design and determine if need to remain as local controls
4. Oversee local
   - specific controls
5. Administer periodic audit of Workday, Payroll and Time & Attendance security roles
6. Collaborate with teams to solution audit findings
7. Oversee, coordinate and report corporate HR risk management
   - annually
8. Design and coordinate
   - audit readiness assessment procedures; executed quarterly
9. Create business management and communication plans for data security incidents (i. e. , data breach, data loss)
10. Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
2. 6+ years’ professional experience either within an HR environment or Audit/Compliance role
3. Experience with designing or executing internal or external audit and compliance tasks
4. Nice to have: experience with validating policy or legal changes on processes
5. Possesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information
6. Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions to drive teams towards
   - based results
8. Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detail
9. Understanding of SOX, GDPR, data protection, compliance frameworks, audit flows
10. Microsoft tools
11. HCM systems, preferably Workday
12. Preferably ticketing systems, such as Service
    Now
13. Fluent English
14. Preferred additional European language
15. Flexibility in working hours to cover global timezones
16. Willingness to travel for
    - site workshops
