About The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the visual identity for our projects. You will consult on and design branding elements for a number of
- edge crypto and i
Gaming products. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling designs across various mediums, including digital, print, and social platforms. As a senior designer, you will mentor junior team members, oversee design projects from concept to execution, and ensure
- quality, impactful results that resonate with our audience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our brand while driving creative excellence!

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums including websites, social media, marketing materials, and user interfaces.
2. Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop comprehensive brand strategies for each project.
3. Visual Identity Creation: Design and refine logos, colour schemes, typography, and other visual elements to establish a distinctive brand identity.
4. Consultation: Provide expert advice on branding and design trends, ensuring our projects remain modern, relevant, and competitive.
5. Business Alignment: Align brand designs with business objectives and target audience preferences, leveraging market research and user feedback.
6. Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand across all platforms and materials.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and integration across all aspects of the business.

1. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
2. Strong understanding of branding principles and visual design trends.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective design solutions.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand design or graphic design, preferably within the tech or crypto industry.
3. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous brand design work and graphic design projects.
4. Creative and innovative thinker.
5. Business-savvy with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
6. Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence.
7. Strong
