This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Business Analyst, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with
- edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into effective technology solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Contribute to business analysis activities across the Squad’s scope.
2. Write and validate user stories and ensure the delivered solution meets the requirements.
3. Maintain the product backlog, define,
   - design, write, and prioritize future user stories and technical stories based on their impact on strategy.
4. Represent business users and stakeholders by listening, observing, and translating their needs into functionalities.
5. Translate technical constraints to the business side.
6. Actively participate in sprint rituals (daily
   - ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to promote collaboration and continuous improvement in team organization and agile processes.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

1. Solid experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile context within software product development teams.
2. Strong affinity for
   - centered design and functional analysis.
3. Highly organized to strategize and execute test plans iteratively to deliver a quality product.
4. Provide inputs to developers to automate tests, reducing defects and improving team velocity.
5. Good technical knowledge and business acumen.
6. Ability to inspire and develop relationships within the Agile team.
7. Confident in advising and challenging business/client demands.
8. Proficiency in data management and analysis tools is a plus.
9. Recognized communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collect and synthesize information, and write clear documents and impactful slides.
10. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a French-speaking environment; English is optional but a plus.
