What You’ll Do

• Contribute to designing and building software solutions in partnership with your team.
• Offer your technical knowledge to guide the team’s approach and explore new ideas.
• Support others through mentoring,
  - sharing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product teams to
  - create solutions that meet customer needs.
• Play an active role in continuous improvement, helping the team enhance performance, security, and quality.
• Foster a culture of collaborative
  - solving, where everyone’s ideas are valued.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting others through mentorship, collaboration, or
  - sharing.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP. NET, . NET 8, MVC, and design patterns.
• Experience working with SQL, Web APIs, and dependency injection frameworks.
• Knowledge of
  - end technologies including Java
  Script, j
  Query, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• A passion for working together to solve problems and helping others succeed.
• Curiosity and openness to learning new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure and Azure Dev
  Ops.
• Previous experience offering technical guidance within a team.
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops practices and release management.
• Familiarity with caching layers and
  - scale service architectures.
