DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and
- sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

1. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement
   - quality software solutions.
2. Mentor and assist
   - level and junior engineers in tackling technical challenges and fostering skill development.
3. Work on both backend (Java) and frontend technologies, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
4. Implement containerized applications using Kubernetes for orchestration.
5. Integrate and optimize
   - driven systems with Kafka.
6. Manage and maintain databases, primarily Mongo
   DB.
7. Actively contribute to architectural discussions, preparing to assume an Architect role.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Java development.
2. Strong expertise in containerization technologies (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
4. Hands-on experience with Mongo
   DB or similar No
   SQL databases.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, guiding and mentoring peers.
6. Proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn and transition to an architect role.
7. Excellent
   - solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in leading small teams or projects.
2. Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries to complement
   - stack capabilities.
3. Prior experience in transitioning to or working as an Architect is a plus.
