In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.

Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced (5+ years of experience) Full Stack Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Use a tech stack consisting of:
  • Native mobile apps for both Android and i
    OS
  • An Angular-based web app on the frontend
  • A backend hosted on Firebase using various Google Cloud Platform services
• Be passionate and skilled in both frontend and backend development.
• Work closely with Product Owners, other Developers and UX/UI Designers.
• Collaborate with
  - functional Teams to embed Dev
  Ops practices in the Development lifecycle.
• Utilize Jira and Git
  Lab for streamlined Project tracking, version control, and collaboration.
• Apply Agile Development Methodology to deliver iterative,
  - quality software solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer.
• At least 3 years of experience building web solutions, involving both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, Typescript, CSS, and one or more frontend development frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , Firebase/GCP).
• Proficiency with Angular and Rx
  JS.
• Experience developing and maintaining containerized Microservices.
• Strong familiarity with Dev
  Ops approaches and CI/CD processes.
• Experience using tools like Jira, Git
  Lab, and Git
  Hub.
• Proficiency in Agile Development Methodology and collaborative team environments.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and clear communication abilities.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
