About the Team:

To drive innovation and unlock the full potential of Software-Defined Vehicles, a User Experience Platform is essential for all TRATON brands. This platform serves as the backbone, weaving together multiple layers—from cloud based components to frontend components.

The heart of this initiative lies in simplifying complexity. By offering seamless, standardized APIs and a suite of versatile services, features, and tools, the platform empowers each brand to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional value to their customers and accelerating the launch of

Your responsibilities:

• Working in the context of automotive Io
  T you will create, test, deploy and run (Dev
  Ops)
  - facing solutions and internal services running on modern cloud infrastructure.
• You will develop and maintain functionality for our trucks using agile methodologies, being responsible for integral parts of our technical roadmap.
• You will create products, prototypes and MVPs for
  - vehicle services.
• Be able to take end to end responsibility for the products you build, working closely with other departments to test your software as part of the complete system.
• Advise your team and other teams on all questions around Frontend development in electric vehicle area and work together on continuously improving the service, tooling and processes.
• Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks, being the interface between design, technology and user. You are a
  - oriented individual.
• Learn new technologies and to solve problems in innovative and pragmatic ways.

Your Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable job expertise.
• Relevant experience in the conception and implementation of complex software solutions in an international context.
• Has an Agile and Dev
  Ops mindset.
• Solid experience with Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles as well as common software design patterns. Emphasis on quality, maintainability and usability.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience with SAFe framework is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing web applications with React and Type
  Script.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and Java
  Script (ES6+).
• Strong knowledge of state management libraries (e. g. , Redux or Context API).
• Understanding of responsive design and
  - browser compatibility.
• Interest in performance optimization and testing (e. g. , Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress).
• Experience in design systems and reusable UI component development.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and architectural concepts like MVC and MVVM.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and working with backend services.
• Exposure to
  - frontends or advanced web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in building and maintaining UI component libraries or design systems.
• Experience with
  - based environments, particularly AWS, is a plus.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• High level of
  - organization and sense of ownership.
• Proactive in communicating and taking action.
