Senior Frontend Developer - Hybrid - Lisbon - Portugal

Role: Fullstack Developer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Assignment period: From February 2025 - At least 12 months

On-site/remote: Every 2 weeks for 2-3 days or once a month for 1 week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Maintain User Interfaces: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Type
   Script code to create user interfaces for web applications.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create
   - quality products and features.
3. Optimise Performance: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability, and address and improve any technical issues.
4. Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and provide mentorship to junior developers.
5. Testing and Debugging: Write and execute unit tests for frontend code, and identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends in frontend development and Type
   Script, ensuring that the team is using the best possible techniques and tools.

Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in Frontend development.
2. Proven experience with Type
   Script and Java
   Script.
3. 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React. js.

Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in Type
   Script.
2. Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
3. Proficiency in building responsive layouts and web standards.
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
5. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
6. Place of residence in Portugal.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mob
   X.
2. Familiarity with build tools such as NPM.
3. Understanding of
   - side rendering and its benefits.
4. Experience with
   - driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
