We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst

MAIN TASKS:

Project Management Support

• Collaborate with project managers in all phases, ensuring the integration of technical aspects into financial systems.
• Adhere to project management methodologies and contribute to cost estimation.
• Track project milestones, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Assist in defining workaround solutions for project bottlenecks.
• Provide regular project updates and participate in project committees, coordinating relevant tasks.

Technical Specifications & Implementation

• Analyze technical impacts on system architecture and accounting interfaces.
• Design and implement technical solutions for financial data integration.
• Define and validate financial data flows, ensuring alignment with system requirements.
• Document technical specifications and configure systems such as Axway AFAH/AIS/RDJ and SPITAB tables.
• Develop, execute, and validate test cases, making necessary adjustments.
• Plan and oversee the deployment of solutions in production environments, ensuring stability and functionality.

Support & Maintenance

• Handle technical support requests and implement necessary improvements in financial interfaces.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability by participating in

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

Technical Skills

• Experience in project management within financial IT solutions.
• Knowledge of general and/or banking accounting (a plus).
• Familiarity with Axway Accounting Integration Suite (AIS/RDJ) (a plus).
• Strong understanding of financial systems architecture and data integration.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Experience & Education

• 3+ years of experience in IT projects related to banking, accounting, or financial systems.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Hybrid role based in Porto.
