As a Senior Financial Controller in our Automotive Division, you will have the opportunity to use your passion for financial topics to actively initiate and help shape processes in a continuously growing division.

As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all
- related contract topics for a business unit in the automotive division. You will also take care of financial matters related to premium services offered by the automotive division to its customers.

In your new role you will:

• Act as a Business Partner for all
  - related contract management topics for an expanding business unit
• Manage the automotive contract database and keep track of all
  - related information
• Be responsible for financial matters related to premium services
• Support all financial planning processes (e. g. ,
  - term Financial Plans, Financial Rolling Forecast, Financial Outlook)
• Provide financial support for
  - down activities

You are
- motivated, a fast learner, and have a strong capability to independently leverage and drive topics. You absorb information quickly, evaluate it from different angles, and are always on the lookout for ways to optimize it. Able to adapt well to new situations and your counterparts, you quickly establish a trusting and constructive working relationship through your way of communicating. You are always able to maintain an overview and deliver top performance, even under changing requirements. As a team player, you take responsibility for common goals and put team results above your interests.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent field of study
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, prior experience in Finance, Controlling, or a similar position is a plus
• Proactive and
  - oriented working style with the ambition to improve overall business results and processes – challenge the status quo
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with the ability to provide compelling and clear storylines to business partners
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with counterparts across different functions, locations, and cultures and being a team player
• Competence in financial analysis, (cost) accounting principles, and variance analysis; ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power
  Point skills and affinity for IT tools and digitalization in Finance; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English, and German is a plus
