Senior Financial Analyst (m/f) – Lisboa

Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (m/f) to join a prestigious fund management company based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities;
• Responsible for the preparation of investment evaluation memorandums, business plans and investment thesis;
• Coordination and execution of due diligence processes until the legal and financial closing of the transaction;
• Financial statements and models analysis;
• Monitoring the performance and profitability of investments;
• Coordinating and supervising the work of a junior analyst;
• Establishing and managing relationships with investors and potential investors, including participation in conferences, roadshows, and networking events;
• Representing the company in external meetings and maintaining active engagement with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar;
• Minimum of three years of professional experience, particularly in analysis, projections, financial viability studies and investment/divestment decisions;
• Professional experience in an audit/consultancy context will be valued;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken (required);
• Strong communication and argumentation skills;
• Dedication, proactivity, persistence, autonomy and
  - solving skills.
• Mastery of Excel and Power point.
