The Sr. Financial Analyst - ESG Compliance will play a critical role in supporting the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives by supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Working closely with the ESG Controller, this role will help to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, drive ESG data integrity, and support the development and implementation of sustainable practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on ESG reporting requirements and leading practices through training by reading ESG regulatory guidance, relevant thought leadership, and/or ESG webcasts.
• Working closely with ESG controller, assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of ESG data and disclosures.
• Working with Global Finance Country Controllers, support the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data across various business units to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and disclosures.
• Support and maintain ESG data management systems and databases.
• Support the internal and external assurance process.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in the ESG reporting processes, systems, and data management to streamline and optimize reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ESG policies, practices, and data management.
• Manage time to meet established deadlines and milestones.
• Responsive to business partner requests and foster positive working relationships with Local ESG Process Owners.
• Plan and analyze assigned processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant previous work experience in Accounting, Audit, and/or the Finance field.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, and
  - solving skills.
