About the Product & Tech Organisation
Our Product & Technology organisation drives the development of Trustly’s products. The teams work with innovative ideas, product development, and strategy. The Product & Tech department consists of about 180 people, divided into

We are now looking to strengthen our engineering capacity within Product & Technology with multiple senior positions. We operate in an agile culture combined with Dev
Ops, allowing our teams to take on full responsibility from code to

What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and improve our platform and digital products as a senior engineer.
- Build new product features and our
- generation system platform as part of our development team. - Develop scalable systems with our engineering teams, ensuring high quality in automation and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, lead devs, engineering managers, and product managers, understanding and conveying the business value of our work.
- Be a key team member and a role model for other engineers, enabling others to thrive.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience working with Java and building robust and scalable systems in agile environments.
- Comfortable in full lifecycle development, from drafting application design to implementation and support.
- Experienced in
- based architecture and microservices. - Familiar with SQL, Kubernetes, Linux, Kafka, Docker, or Spring Boot.
- Experienced with
- based solutions (preferably AWS), monitoring, and analytics. - Strong ability to understand and articulate complex problems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex systems.
- Experienced with
- availability,
- transaction systems in production. - Passionate about working in a Dev
Ops environment, considering ownership and excellence fundamental to development. - Interested in researching and introducing new technologies to drive innovation in your team.
- Committed to building quality in, with experience in
- driven development and various levels of testing. - It’s a plus if you have experience with modern frontend frameworks, such as React.
- Fluent in English.
