We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our new hub in Porto (Gaia). In this key creative role, you’ll shape the design vision for our Hi-Tech and startup clients, leading a team in delivering exceptional design across all touchpoints: Brands, Digital Experiences, UX/UI, and more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive creative direction and contribute to shaping the design team's vision
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and fellow designers to align goals and vision
• Conceptualize fresh, innovative ideas through creative brainstorming sessions
• Oversee the development of all creative assets, ensuring they meet Kriisp’s high standards
• Inspire and mentor designers, helping them grow into their full potential
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, maintaining quality and creativity
• Foster an inspiring work culture focused on collaboration and excellence

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design tools
• Strong ability to inspire creativity and solve complex design challenges
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, ambitious, and passionate about design
• A collaborative spirit, open to feedback and new ideas
• A strong desire to keep innovating and pushing creative boundaries
