Your Mission:

Capgemini Engineering is constantly growing and attentive to market opportunities. We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team in a hybrid format, participating in many interesting and
- edge projects throughout the entire life cycle.

Your Role:

1. Provide leadership and mentorship to teams of data scientists and analysts, guiding them to success on intricate data science initiatives.
2. Define the strategic direction for data science projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
3. Conduct advanced analysis of complex datasets to derive profound insights, forecast trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
4. Design, implement, and evaluate advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address
   - impact business challenges.
5. Lead the integration of big data technologies and advanced analytics solutions into business processes, driving innovation in methodologies and practices.
6. Establish best practices for data management, quality, and governance to ensure the integrity and reliability of data science outputs.
7. Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and the value of data science initiatives to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
8. Advocate for a culture of
   - driven
   - making and continuous learning within the organization.

Your Profile:

1. 7 or more years of experience in data science and analytics, with a proven track record of leading successful data science projects.
2. Proficiency in programming languages, including Python and SQL, along with advanced libraries and frameworks like Tensor
   Flow or Pytorch.
3. Deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced algorithmic
   - solving.
4. Extensive experience in data visualization and interpretation, translating complex results into actionable insights.
5. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor team members to achieve exceptional results.
6. Technical domain knowledge in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or big data technologies (Spark).
7. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and the ability to articulate technical concepts to
   - technical audiences.
