Senior Data Manager

Responsibilities

1. Be an active part of the creation of teams, ensuring that they have the correct equipment and knowledge. This may include giving theoretical and practical training to the teams.
2. Establish and promote the QA good practices, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the procedures. This includes guideline documentation, checklists and standards that must be followed by all teams.
3. Define clear, efficient and homogeneous processes for test execution. The processes must ensure the consistency and traceability of the results.
4. Establish a training plan for the existing teams containing the tools, operational model, processes and tests. The plan must guarantee that all teams are aligned and prepared from the beginning of the project, with continuous training.

Skills

1. Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas.
2. AWS Certified Data Analytics.
3. Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate.
4. Cloudera Certified Professional (CCP) Data Engineer.
5. Certifications in BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
   View.
6. Minimum of 3 years work experience in Data Management.
7. Experience in
   - scale projects involving data warehouses, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Big Data, or BI systems.
8. Knowledge in Data Validation: ETL testing and data quality testing (duplication, consistency, integrity, etc. ).
9. Knowledge in technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka will be considered an advantage.
10. Ability to communicate clearly.
11. Ability to identify risks and propose solutions to complex problems.
12. Organization to handle deadlines and priorities across multiple projects.
13. Fluent in English - written and spoken.
