Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Data Industrialization: extensive experience in data pipelines automation, data governance and data quality processes.
• Data Architectures: strong experience in Data Architecture definition and implementation.
• Data Products: strong experience in conceptualizing and implementing Customer Facing Data Products.
• Data Modeling: Extensive experience in Designing efficient data models for optimal query performance.
• SQL Proficiency: Proficient in Writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Performance Tuning: Strong Experience in Identifying and optimizing performance bottlenecks.
• ETL and Data Integration: In-depth knowledge across Extracting, transforming, and loading data.
• Cluster Management: Provisioning, scaling, and monitoring Redshift clusters.
• Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance.
• AWS Integration: Integrating Redshift, AWS Quick Sight, AWS Athena with other AWS services.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitoring cluster performance and resolving issues.
• Documentation and Training: Creating documentation and providing training to team members.
• Logging and Tracing: Experience in setting up and managing logging and tracing mechanisms in AWS.
• Implement orchestration solutions using tools like Apache Airflow and AWS Step Functions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Take a proactive approach to challenge business requirements.

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

• Solution Architecture Knowledge: Ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions on AWS.
• Experience with relational databases and No
  SQL databases.
• Orchestration and Workflow Management: Experience with orchestration tools.
• ETL Tools and Big Data Experience: Strong Knowledge of ETL tools and experience working with large volumes of data.
• Knowledge in Apache Spark, AWS Glue or Data
  IKU.
• Ability to connect with other tech teams.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in all Data Domains.
• Production Awareness and Troubleshooting: Proactive approach to production monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Technical Leadership and Communication: Capable of evolving into a technical lead role.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Documentation and Requirements Analysis: Experience in writing solution documents.
