Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and
- driven Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide key insights that drive strategic
- making and process optimization. You will also collaborate with
- functional teams to define KPIs and support
- driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and optimize Python scripts for automation, predictive analytics, and data modeling.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize trends and business performance.
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights to support
  - making and business strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, track KPIs, and improve reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across multiple sources.
• Support project management efforts, coordinating with different teams to implement
  - driven solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• High level of Spanish
• Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance optimization).
• Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, Num
  Py, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).
• Strong
  - solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in project management and
  - functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data findings to stakeholders.
