- functional teams to align on project timelines and resource allocation. - Collaboration with User Acquisition and Studios: Act as the main liaison between the creative team, User Acquisition team, and game studios to align on goals, strategies, and creative deliverables. Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling creative briefs for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional assets.
- Creative Strategy & Innovation: Drive the development of innovative and engaging creative assets (e. g. , video ads, playable, banners) to enhance user acquisition efforts and
- game experiences. Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies to inspire creative excellence and maintain a competitive edge. - Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, animators, and other creatives to achieve their best work. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the creative team. Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for professional growth through training and mentorship.
- Performance Analysis: Work closely with data and analytics teams to assess the performance of creative assets and iterate based on feedback. Leverage performance insights to refine creative strategies and improve ROI for campaigns.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within the gaming, mobile app, or entertainment industry. Proven track record of managing creative production pipelines and delivering
- impact creative assets in
- paced environments. - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of design, animation, and video production workflows, tools, AI tools, and best practices. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Miro, Asana, or Trello.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional team management and leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding creative teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging creative and business teams effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative vision with business goals and user acquisition strategies. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adapt creative strategies accordingly.
- Passion for Gaming: A strong passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and user preferences.
