YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Senior SAP Success
Factors HCM Consultant to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with a strong focus on SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM, and TM);
2. Knowing and having implemented or given support in issues related to Portuguese localization;
3. Collaborating with business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems;
4. Resolving functional problems, escalating and tracking problems appropriately;
5. Managing system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies;
6. Creating and delivering appropriate documentation, training, and communication around feature(s) and process changes;
7. Participating in the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization;
8. Able to conduct workshops.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Computer Science or similar;

Years of Experience in SAP HCM;

Implementation in SAP Success
Factors Employee Central Payroll Module is a plus;

Minimum of two SAP HCM Payroll implementations;

Strong Knowledge in Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA);

Ability to work in a
- paced environment and thrive in a team setting;

Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with peers;

Fluency in English (written and oral);

Able to conduct workshops and trainings for Key Users.
