Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with financial institutions, fintech startups, and regulatory bodies to design and implement innovative strategies in banking, insurance, and financial technology. You will develop
- leading insights, optimize business models, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes to drive impactful solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals with 3 to 6 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech, who are eager to shape the future of financial advisory and work in a dynamic environment that rewards

Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights into banking, payments, lending, insurance, and digital transformation, supporting clients in strategy formulation and execution.
• Develop and refine business models and
  -
  - market strategies for fintech startups and financial institutions.
• Work closely with banks, regulators, fintech startups, venture capitalists, and ecosystem partners to drive collaboration.
• Contribute to the development of white papers, industry reports, and speaking engagements that shape the future of financial services.
• Work in an agile,
  - like environment, developing consulting frameworks that challenge traditional models.

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, or insurance, with a strong focus on strategy, innovation, and transformation.
• Deep understanding of financial services, digital banking, payments, lending, insurance, and emerging fintech trends.
• Proven ability to work in a
  - paced environment where adaptability, resilience, and
  - term thinking are essential.
• Strong
  - solving, analytical thinking, structured communication and people management skills and experience.
• Experience working with executives, regulators, and fintech founders to drive impactful solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a
  - reward approach to success.
• Full proficiency in MS Office applications is required and will be tested. Other tech skills are a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English are required.
