Algorithms Team:

Our Algorithms team is a versatile Software Engineering team. They build
- ready software for complex problems that require technical and innovative team combines:

1. Software engineering ability;
2. Technical expertise and versatility;
3. The ability to learn fast in fields such as Computer Vision, Signal Processing, Kinematics, Control, Data Science, etc;
4. Product awareness.

The largest example of their work is the motion tracking and motion analysis engine that enables our AI Care Specialist to guide our members during their exercise sessions, providing
- modal
- time feedback and collecting valuable movement metrics.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Optimize Human Pose Tracking accuracy in various scenarios through the training or
   - tuning of Deep Learning models;
2. Design and implement image acquisition and processing pipelines for accurate
   - time inference optimized to the hardware they run on;
3. Build and improve tools, scripts and processes for all tasks related to the training of Computer Vision models;
4. Troubleshoot, debug, maintain code and documentation and create tests and validation procedures to ensure quality;
5. Help grow the Computer Vision team by defining and promoting best practices.

What you need to have:

1. 5+ years of experience in solving complex problems with Computer Vision;
2. Strong Software Engineering foundation;
3. End-to-end experience training Deep Learning models;
4. Experience working in projects from ideation to completion and maintenance (including releasing and iterating);
5. Critical thinking,
   - direction &
   - oriented mindset;
6. Initiative and ability to prioritize;
7. Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively as a team to reach common goals.

What we would love to see:

1. Experience working in a

2. Experience with transfer learning or
   - tuning Computer Vision models;
3. Experience optimizing models for inference speed tailoring them to hardware.
