Job Description:

CHALLENGE:

As Senior Commercial Controller in the Buying & Design department, your main responsibilities will be to support the Direction in the
- making process, by buying control management information and monitoring each phase of the categories' value chain, ensuring profitability and growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare and supervise budget proposals, ensuring the product mix, in terms of price, color, type of item, improvement calendar and store capacity.
2. Support the definition of the collection structure from a numerical point of view and ensure
   - up to ensure that the proposal is fulfilled.
3. Plan different purchasing times, considering production, development and transportation times, to ensure that no delays occur.
4. Support the buyers in defining quantities by reference and supervise these details, so that the strategy defined by management is fulfilled, maximizing sales and controlling stock surpluses.

PROFILE:

1. Master or Bachelor´s Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Management or similar
2. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
3. Proficiency in Excel is a must
4. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
5. Previous experience in managing teams
6. Excellent presentation, influence and negotiation skills
