Descrição da Função

We are looking for a Senior CMS Specialist to actively participate on an international project. The CMS specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Content Management System. This role acts as the bridge between content teams, developers, and IT, ensuring that the CMS supports business needs while maintaining performance, security, and the best practices. The CMS specialist ensures proper configuration, user management, and content workflows while also supporting SEO, performance optimization, and integration with other tools. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the daily standup and any other technical meetings
2. Distribute the task to the appropriate team members
3. Lead the estimation process of the backlog items
4. Support the Project Manager with the roadmap management
5. Define and maintain user roles & permissions in the CMS
6. Optimize CMS templates and components for usability & SEO
7. Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues for stakeholders
8. Work with IT to implement CMS updates and patches
9. Test new CMS features and lead UAT before deployment
10. Train content editors and provide CMS best practices guidelines
11. Ensure compliance with brand, accessibility, and security standards
12. Maintain documentation for CMS processes, workflows, and integrations
13. Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to improve site structure

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing
   - level CMS platforms
2. Experience with First
   Spirit
3. Experience with other CMS platforms such as Word
   Press, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore
4. Hands-on experience with CMS administration, content workflows, and permission management.
5. Experience working with SEO teams, developers, and content managers to improve site performance.
6. Proven experience in troubleshooting CMS-related issues and providing technical support.
7. Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and Java
   Script to modify or troubleshoot CMS templates.
8. Fluent in written and spoken English
9. Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or similar
